Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our Omaha Embassy Suites location. This part-time role involves performing scheduled preventative maintenance, addressing guest and associate work orders, and assisting with basic electrical, HVAC, and plumbing tasks to ensure guest comfort and safety.

You will also help maintain pool systems, repair hotel equipment, and handle seasonal groundskeeping duties while working with a supportive team focused on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience; hotel maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
