Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Full-time Hotel Maintenance Technician at the Albuquerque Embassy Suites. You will perform scheduled preventive maintenance, complete guest and associate work orders, and troubleshoot minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems to ensure a safe, comfortable guest experience.

Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience is required; hotel maintenance is preferred. You should be able to lift 25 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.

• Hotel maintenance experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
