Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the Frisco Embassy Suites in Frisco, TX. This full-time role involves performing preventive maintenance on guest rooms and hotel systems, addressing guest and associate work orders, and ensuring safe, reliable operations across the property.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of general maintenance experience, with hotel maintenance preferred. Lifting requirements, energy systems knowledge, and relevant HVAC/electrical/plumbing

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience; hotel maintenance preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on guest rooms and hotel systems.
• Complete and document work orders from guests and staff.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, plumbing issues.
• Maintain pool systems, chemicals, and related equipment.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel appliances.
• Assist with landscaping and groundskeeping as needed.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
