Qualifications

• Hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs and climb stairs.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance and repairs across building systems.
• Inspect and service HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fixtures.
• Refurbish and maintain guest room furniture and fixtures.
• Respond courteously to guest questions and requests.
• Maintain pool area and exterior curb appeal.
