Job summary

Kimpton Brice Hotel in Savannah maintains all building systems and the building envelope to ensure guest safety and satisfaction. You’ll execute preventative maintenance, inspect electrical systems, service pool equipment, and refurbish guest-room furniture, while maintaining energy efficiency and curb appeal.

You will respond courteously to guest questions and requests, perform routine repairs, and assist with major repairs of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems as part of a dedicated

Qualifications

• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or Carpentry experience in building trades.
• Hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Receive instructions and communicate progress of work assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and complete work orders to maintain hotel product quality.
• Inspect electrical systems and equipment, replacing components as needed.
• Service pool and related equipment, maintain records and logs.
• Refurbish and move furniture and fixtures; paint/finish as needed.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and building envelope; address guest questions politely.
