Residence Inn/Fairfield Inn Chelsea is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our hotel running smoothly, from plumbing and electrical to HVAC and carpentry. You’ll diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and respond quickly to guest requests with a focus on quality and safety.

This on-site role offers a $500 hiring bonus after 3 months, plus medical/dental/vision, a company-matched 401(k), paid time off, hotel discounts, and opportunities to grow within Colwen Hotels.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or related experience, hotel setting preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and building systems a bonus.
• Strong communication and guest-first mindset.

Responsabilités

• Keep hotel in top condition with repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and building systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and restore functionality promptly.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and respond to work orders.
• Assist with doors, locks, painting and landscaping as needed.
• Coordinate with supervision on projects and safety standards.
