Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Technician or hotel engineer preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Excellent guest-focused communication and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest suites and public areas per brand standards.
• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance to support extended-stay environments.
• Respond promptly to guest requests with a 'Make It Right' approach.
