Residence Inn Kenwood by Marriott is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Technician or Hotel Engineer to maintain and repair hotel systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment. The role requires hands-on problem solving and coordination with housekeeping, front desk and F&B teams to keep guest areas safe and functional.

Formación

• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair across hotel systems promptly.
• Understanding energy-efficient practices to reduce costs.
• Certifications in HVAC/electrical safety preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee routine maintenance and emergency repairs for hotel equipment and systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
• Ensure hotel facilities are in excellent condition and compliant with brand standards.
• Monitor energy use and implement efficiency initiatives.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, front desk, and F&B teams; coordinate external contractors.
