Stonebridge Companies’ Residence Inn Fenway in Boston seeks a Maintenance Attendant to perform routine repairs, preventatively maintain building systems, and monitor safety for guests and associates. The role supports guest comfort, conducts inspections, and ensures equipment is ready for the next shift.

The position offers an hourly wage of $25.00 and requires working nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 6–12 months of related experience.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED plus 6 months to 1 year of related experience.
• Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC and masonry.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to guests’ questions, complaints or requests in a courteous, timely manner.
• Perform maintenance and repair work on interior and exterior areas, hotel rooms and equipment.
• Conduct Preventative Maintenance inspections and record repairs.
• Ensure inventory security and replenish supplies for next shift.
• Complete work orders timely and in spec, with proper documentation.
