Club Quarters, Inc. in Philadelphia is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to ensure our property remains in top shape. This hands-on role involves fixing everything from leaky faucets to troubleshooting AC units, all while delivering excellent hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in general building maintenance or a related trade.
• Practical working knowledge experience of plumbing, electrical, and general repair tools.
• Flexible availability for all shifts including evening and weekend coverage.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and stay active throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Resolve reported issues quickly and professionally, ensuring a great stay for guests.
• Take ownership of fix-it tasks including drywall repair and painting.
• Conduct daily status checks on all major building equipment.
• Perform routine repairs on HVAC units and unclog drains.
• Handle light electrical work such as replacing light bulbs and outlets.
• Maintain all front-of-house areas and back-of-house spaces.
• Respond to safety and emergency procedures.
