Job summary

City Express – King of Prussia in King of Prussia, PA, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role focuses on maintaining guest rooms and hotel facilities, performing preventive maintenance, and addressing repairs to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in general building maintenance or construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Perform maintenance and repair on interiors/exteriors, hotel rooms and equipment, laundry and kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, HVAC, and water treatment systems.
• Maintain rooms and property to minimize guest inconvenience.
• Provide on-call support after hours, on weekends, holidays, etc.
• Follow safety standards and report hazards or emergencies to ensure guest and asset safety.
• Communicate effectively with Housekeeping and Front Office and coordinate with other departments.
