Job summary

Vision Hospitality Group in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas in top condition. The role requires hands-on skills across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and general upkeep to support a seamless guest experience.

You will support a ONE TEAM culture, complete required training, follow SOPs, and assist with preventive maintenance, safety, and rapid response to issues.

Qualifications

• Must have repair and maintenance skills across trades.
• Able to read maintenance manuals and safety procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete required training.
• Adhere to SOPs and brand standards.
• Perform duties to aid hotel operation.
• Repair/replace lighting, plumbing, electrical components.
• Maintain records of repairs.
• Inspect guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
• Assist other departments with preventive maintenance.
• Operate basic hand/power tools safely.
• Ensure guest, associate, and asset safety.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.
