Vision Hospitality Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in excellent condition. The role requires versatility across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and related tasks, with a hands-on, team-oriented approach.

You will support a 24/7 hospitality operation, adapt to a flexible schedule, and uphold our ONE TEAM. ONE VISION. culture while ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to high standards.
• Perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and general repairs as required.
• Assist team with preventive maintenance programs and safety procedures.
• Maintain repair logs and communicate status to management.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly to support guest experience.
