Job summary

Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for keeping guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas in good repair. The role requires hands-on skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and general maintenance to support a high standards of property upkeep.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing, by phone and in person.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and uniform.
• Demonstrate integrity, teamwork and guest-focused service.
• Capable of bending, reaching, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance in guest rooms, public spaces and back of house.
• Inspect areas to identify repairs or replacements and document calendars.
• Support other departments in preventive maintenance programs.
• Follow safety procedures and protect guest and asset security.
