Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry issues.
• Replace or repair fixtures and basic equipment; assist in maintaining safe building systems.
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and minimize disruption.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and support safety and compliance.
