Middletown Hotel Management is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our engineering team. You will maintain the hotel's building, grounds, and essential systems to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Hands-on, problem-solving individuals who take pride in keeping facilities at their best are encouraged to apply. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, equipment upkeep, and timely repairs to minimize disruptions.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general building trades.
• Strong communication with guests and staff.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior of the hotel building.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in building systems.
• Complete work orders and maintain maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with contractors and ensure work meets standards.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and safety hazards.
