Qualifications

• Knowledge of door lock systems and hotel equipment repair.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all work order policies and procedures.
• Maintain and repair equipment in guest rooms, kitchens, laundry, and public spaces.
• Coordinate with Chief Engineer and vendors for professional repairs.
• Repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical fixtures to manufacturer specs.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and inventory.
