Summit Management Corp is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Technician to keep our property running smoothly and guest-ready. You’ll inspect HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and tackle repairs to prevent downtime. Openings on Day and Night Shifts; must be flexible on weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a bonus.
• Experience in hotel or hospitality maintenance is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a get-it-done attitude.
• Excellent communication and guest-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and, when possible, fix issues on first visit.
• Execute preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
• Collaborate with other departments and vendors to complete projects.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.
