Drury Inn & Suites - Saint Peters is hiring a Full Time Maintenance Technician to keep our property safe and smoothly running. You will handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and general facility maintenance while ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge across hotel systems.
• Ability to dismantle equipment for repair and restoration.
• Knowledge of water chemistry and pool maintenance.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs to ensure safety.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC.
• Perform light carpentry, painting, vinyl and drywall repair.
• Implement and monitor programs to ensure a safe facility and work environment in compliance with regulations.
• Keep detailed records and reports.
• Provide ongoing training to Maintenance Tech I team members.
• Collaborate with management to recruit for department needs.
• Contribute to guest experience by providing courteous and friendly guest service.
