Job summary

Drury Hotels in Saint Peters, MO is hiring a Maintenance Tech I. The role focuses on keeping the property and grounds safe and well-maintained, supporting a positive guest and team experience.

You will perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related systems, develop safety programs, and train team members while coordinating with management on staffing needs. This role is available for both full-time and part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge across plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Knowledge of water chemistry, testing, filtration and mechanical operations.
• Experience developing and monitoring safety and ergonomic programs.
• Ability to speak/write in English and follow written/verbal directions.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, carpentry, painting, and HVAC.
• Develop and monitor safety and injury-prevention programs.
• Keep detailed records and reports.
• Provide ongoing training to Maintenance Tech I team members.
• Collaborate with management to recruit, interview, and schedule department needs.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences through courteous service.
