Drury Hotels is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician for Pear Tree Inn St. Louis Airport in St.

Ann, MO. The role focuses on maintaining a safe, smooth-running hotel property and performing repairs across plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC. You will carry out preventative maintenance, keep records, train technicians, and collaborate with management to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge and skills across multiple systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical issues.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, smooth-running hotel property and grounds.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and HVAC.
• Carry out light carpentry, painting, vinyl and drywall repairs.
• Keep detailed records and reports; provide training to Maintenance Tech I team members.
