Job summary

Drury Inn & Suites - 4213 Frederick Blvd, St. Joseph, MO 64506 is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to keep the property safe and well‑operated. You will perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and equipment, plus light carpentry and painting.

You will maintain records, train team members, and support management in staffing needs while delivering courteous guest service to elevate the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and smooth-running hotel property and grounds.
• Complete repairs and preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC.
• Perform light carpentry, painting, vinyl and drywall repair.
• Implement and monitor programs to ensure a safe facility in compliance with regulations.
• Keep detailed records and reports.
• Provide ongoing training to Maintenance Tech I team members.
• Collaborate with management to recruit for department needs.
• Contribute to an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous and friendly guest service.
