Job summary

Marriott International's W Hotels in Philadelphia is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician to respond to guest repair requests, perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment, and ensure safe operation of utilities.

You will inspect and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC components, maintain inventory, and coordinate with shifts while following Lockout/Tagout protocols. A driver’s license and high school diploma are required; hotel maintenance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• General maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with painting and surface prep.
• Knowledge of building systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and attend to maintenance issues.
• Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and building equipment.
• Visually inspect equipment and perform basic repairs.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout and safety procedures, maintain inventory.
