Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a hotel maintenance technician for the Residence Inn Exton location. The role involves assisting with operation, maintenance and repair of hotel equipment and spaces, ensuring guest rooms and facilities remain in excellent condition.

Candidates should have basic trade skills (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry) and a High School diploma. A valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR are required for this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensed in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operation, maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Change out light bulbs and perform minor repairs in guest rooms.
• Perform preventative maintenance on ice machines, refrigerators, kitchen and laundry equipment, HVAC, guestrooms, meeting rooms, pool and spa areas.
