Responsibilities

Respond to guest repair requests and resolve maintenance issues with minimal supervision.
Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.
Read blueprints and electrical schematics related to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment including HVAC and plumbing systems.
Maintain inventory and requisition parts as needed.
Train and mentor other engineers as necessary.
