Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Vocational/technical background preferred.
• Must hold Universal CFC certification.
• Must meet state and federal certification/licensing requirements.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsabilités

• Respond to guest repair requests and resolve maintenance issues with minimal supervision.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Read blueprints and electrical schematics related to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment including HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Maintain inventory and requisition parts as needed.
• Train and mentor other engineers as necessary.
