Qualifications

• Good communication and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to identify issues.
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including fixing leaks, replacing faulty components, and troubleshooting equipment failures.
• Ensure all building systems are operational and comply with safety regulations.
• Respond promptly to emergencies such as power outages, water leaks, and fire alarms and coordinate with other services.
• Address maintenance requests from guests, resolving issues to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and front desk to coordinate maintenance activities.
