Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical training in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing is a plus.
• Experience in hotel or commercial building maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities, pools, and surrounding areas.
• Perform routine maintenance including painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC.
• Respond to guest service requests and document work done.
• Program hotel phone equipment and monitor utility meters.
• Keep parts inventories and maintain maintenance records.
