The Claridge Hotel in Atlantic City, NJ seeks an on-site maintenance technician with 2+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality. You will perform routine repairs, troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues, and handle preventative maintenance to keep guest areas and back-of-house spaces running smoothly.

Qualifications

2+ years of maintenance or facilities experience (hotel experience preferred).
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
Experience performing preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Comfortable using work order systems or maintenance tracking software.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
Troubleshoot and repair issues related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders.
