You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair electrical and plumbing issues, service pool equipment, refurbish furniture, and maintain building exterior, while upholding safety standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining hotel equipment and building systems.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep equipment and systems in good condition.
