Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance or facilities experience (hotel experience preferred).
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Comfortable using work order systems or maintenance tracking software.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
