Job summary
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is seeking an HVAC Technician to maintain, repair, troubleshoot and service heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems under the direction of the Shift Manager.
You will perform preventive maintenance, conduct inspections, keep logs, estimate parts and labor, and ensure air quality and proper temperature at on-site and off-site facilities. Benefits include meals, uniforms, parking and eligibility for annual bonus.
Qualifications
- Experience maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues across HVAC equipment.
- Maintains preventive maintenance logs and records of repairs.
Responsibilities
- Adjusts, repairs, troubleshoots, and maintains HVAC/R systems.
- Performs preventive maintenance and logs activities.
- Conducts inspections, changes belts, filters, and checks components.
- Assists estimating parts, supplies, and labor hours for repairs.
- Maintains air quality and proper temperature at on-site and off-site facilities.
- Records sensor readings, repairs, and downtime.
- Keeps technical logs and data up to date.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
