Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Maintenance Associate for our hotel in the Tri-Cities area. You will ensure guest rooms and public spaces stay in top condition through preventive maintenance and timely on-the-spot repairs.

Responsibilities include PMs on PTAC units, plumbing and lighting; drywall, painting, caulking, and furniture assembly; pool upkeep, grounds, and parking lot care; safety checks for fires and exits; and friendly guest service to resolve issues like TV remotes or leaking faucets.

Formación

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Hotel and/or apartment maintenance experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stay on your feet during shifts.
• Ability to use basic mobile apps for tracking work orders.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine PMs on PTAC units, plumbing fixtures, and lighting.
• Handle basic drywall repair, painting, caulking, and furniture assembly.
• Monitor pool chemistry and cleaning; maintain exterior grounds and parking lot.
• Inspect fire safety equipment and emergency exits to meet standards.
• Respond to guest requests with courtesy and promptness.
