Job summary

Extended Stay America in Denver is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for keeping property equipment functioning and guest rooms in good repair. You will perform preventative maintenance, handle work orders, and maintain records per Green Shield Binder, while following safety policies and procedures.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, navigate the property, and respond promptly to guest requests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to follow safety rules and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property equipment is functioning and guest rooms are in good repair.
• Respond to guest requests with timely follow-through.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs as outlined in work orders.
• Maintain records per Green Shield Binder, including inspections.
• Follow safety policies and assist with emergencies as needed.
• Keep maintenance area organized and manage tool inventory.
