Atrium Hospitality in Greenville, SC is seeking a full-time Hotel Maintenance Associate to perform preventive maintenance, repair equipment, and help ensure guest comfort across the property.

You will document work orders, assist with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing tasks, and contribute to safe, clean public areas. Minimum 6 months maintenance experience; physical ability to lift 25 lbs regularly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
