Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Maintenance Representative to help keep our Seattle-area hotel running smoothly and safely. You will repair, replace, and refurbish items around the property, ensuring clean, well‑maintained spaces for guests and staff.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of maintenance or repair experience, a high school diploma or related vocational training, and familiarity with common hospitality software and basic plumbing/electrical skills.

Qualifications

• At least one year of maintenance or repair experience.
• High school diploma or related vocational training.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and a building management program or reporting tools like HotSos, Opera, Lutron, Bartech, or Inncom.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrics and preventative maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Repairing, replacing and refurbishing items around the hotel.
• Ensuring the safety and cleanliness of areas inside and outside of the hotel.
• Following the preventative maintenance calendar and seeking ways to improve guest experiences.
• Keeping the supervisor or duty manager informed about supply levels.
• Being ready to take on extra duties when the team needs you.
