Job summary

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Engineer I/II in Seattle to maintain daily operation of the hotel’s systems, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical.

You will perform timely repairs, attend to guest requests, and keep the property and grounds safe and well-maintained. We value a minimum of two years in similar work, EPA 608 Certification, and a post-secondary diploma or degree as a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of similar maintenance work experience.
• EPA 608 Certification.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus.
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Responsibilities

• Attend to daily maintenance and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Keep the hotel and surrounding grounds well-maintained and secure.
