Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist the Chief Engineer in maintaining hotel facilities. You will perform repairs and preventative maintenance to meet quality standards while delivering friendly, professional guest service in line with LBA's hospitality expectations.

Responsibilities include executing maintenance tasks, documenting work, and supporting houseman duties as needed. The role requires standing for long periods, manual handling, and the ability to work nights

Qualifications

• Pass security clearances as required by policy.
• Knowledge of building trades, electrical, HVAC and plumbing.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility using consistent preventative maintenance guidelines.
• Ensure all maintenance equipment is in working order.
• Perform tasks as assigned: preventative maintenance, repairs, complete documentation.
• Assist with houseman duties when assigned.
• All other duties as assigned and within the realm of physical capabilities
