Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist the Chief Engineer and Lead Maintenance Technician in operating the hotel's maintenance program. The role focuses on performing repairs and preventive maintenance to meet quality standards while delivering courteous guest service in line with LBA hospitality guidelines.

You will be responsible for tasks including routine preventive maintenance, repairs, and documentation, with potential advancement to Chief Engineer.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing principles and related safety precautions.
• Experience with repairs and maintenance in a hotel or similar facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility using consistent preventative maintenance guidelines.
• Ensure all maintenance equipment is in working order.
• Perform tasks as assigned: preventative maintenance, repairs, complete documentation.
• Assist with houseman duties when assigned.
• All other duties as assigned and within the realm of physical capabilities.
