Job summary

Courtyard Boston Marlborough is seeking a hands-on Hotel Maintenance Technician / Engineer to keep guest rooms, public areas, and building systems operating safely and efficiently. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and respond to service requests with professionalism.

You will join a dedicated engineering team, with career advancement through our in-house training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC/PTAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
• Excellent English communication and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance throughout the hotel.
• Troubleshoot HVAC/PTAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
• Respond to guest room maintenance requests promptly.
• Maintain and repair boilers, pumps, water systems, and related equipment.
• Document completed work and report issues to leadership.
• Follow safety procedures and building codes.
