Job summary

Concord is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering team at the Arlington property. You will ensure hotel equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently, supporting preventative maintenance and repairs to provide a safe, comfortable environment for guests and associates.

As a member of the Engineering team, you will collaborate with the Chief Engineer on building and grounds projects, perform routine maintenance, and uphold safety standards while delivering professional

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance or facility repair.
• Strong problem solving with hands-on approach.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems preferred.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.
• Assist Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and maintain safety standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues with professionalism.
• Support other departments and follow emergency and safety procedures.
