Job summary

Concord is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering team. You’ll ensure hotel equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently, performing routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of facilities to provide a safe, comfortable environment for guests and staff.

In this role you’ll assist the Chief Engineer, conduct preventative checks, and respond promptly to maintenance requests with professionalism. A hands-on, customer-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general maintenance, facility repair, or a similar role.
• Hands-on problem solving and practical aptitude for repairs.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.
• Assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and maintain safety standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Support other departments when needed and follow all emergency and safety procedures.
