Job summary

Concord is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering team. You’ll perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests and team members.

Reporting to the Chief Engineer, you’ll assist with building and grounds projects, conduct preventative maintenance checks, respond promptly to requests with professionalism, and support other departments while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance, facility repair, or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems preferred.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.
• Assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and maintain safety standards.
