Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering team. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep hotel equipment and facilities in top condition and assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects.

You will conduct preventive maintenance, address guest requests promptly, and support safety procedures while contributing to a safe and well-maintained property for guests and associates.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance or facilities repair.
• Hands-on approach with problem-solving.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.
• Assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and maintain safety standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Support other departments when needed and follow all emergency and safety procedures.
