Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Technician at our Columbus, OH property. The role focuses on keeping all hotel equipment in good working order through routine repairs and preventative maintenance while supporting building and grounds upkeep.

You will work with the engineering team to ensure safety and high guest satisfaction, providing courteous service and being ready to assist other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a basic understanding of maintenance and preventive maintenance practices.
• Experience with residential/commercial building systems is a plus.
• Strong commitment to safety and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment with routine repairs and preventive maintenance checks.
• Assist Chief Engineer on building and grounds maintenance.
• Provide a safe environment for guests and staff by meeting safety standards.
• Provide courteous service to guests and accommodate requests.
• Be a team player and assist other departments when help is needed.
• Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and Job Safety Analysis guides.

We are hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Technician.

Responsibilities:

• As a maintenance tech on our engineering team you are responsible for keeping all equipment in good working order with routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks.
• You will assist others on the team including the Chief Engineer on building and grounds maintenance
• Provide a safe environment for our guests and the hotel staff by meeting all safety standards
• Provide professional courteous service to our guests and be accommodating to various requests
• Be a team player and assist in other departments when help is needed
• Must be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and aware of all Job Safety Analysis guides
