Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain guest rooms, public spaces, and back‑of‑house areas, using carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and related trades. The role supports the ONE TEAM.

ONE VISION philosophy to deliver outstanding experiences. The ideal candidate will roll up their sleeves, work in a fast‑paced hotel environment, and help improve operations while staying compliant with safety standards and brand procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing, by telephone and in person.
• Able to report to scheduled shifts.
• Flexible schedule, 24/7 operations including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a clean and attractive work area, uniform, and personal appearance.
• Organized, honest and works well with others.
• Provide personalized, friendly service to every guest and associate.
• High integrity, humble, and team‑oriented.
• Able to work with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.

• Assist other departments with preventive maintenance.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
