Job summary

Atrium Hospitality's Nashville Residence Inn is seeking a diligent maintenance technician to perform scheduled preventative tasks, guest room care, and routine repairs across hotel facilities, ensuring safety and comfort for guests.

You’ll document work orders, troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, maintain pools, repair furniture and appliances, and assist with landscaping and trash removal, contributing to a well‑kept property.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
