Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance and complete report work orders to maintain hotel and quality standards.
• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks including carpentry, light electrical, plumbing and related duties.
• Check electrical systems and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Assist in repairs of hotel equipment including small appliances, kitchen and laundry equipment, boilers, HVAC and plumbing fixtures.
• Maintain building exterior and curb appeal; refurbish furniture and fixtures in guest rooms.
