Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a maintenance professional at the Goodlettsville Courtyard by Marriott to perform planned maintenance and repairs across guest rooms and hotel systems. You will document work orders, assist with preventive maintenance, and ensure guest spaces remain safe and comfortable.

The role requires basic maintenance experience, physical stamina, and the ability to handle lifting tasks; HVAC/electrical/plumbing certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Bend, squat, walk and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
