Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a full-time Hotel Maintenance Technician for Murfreesboro Embassy Suites in Murfreesboro, TN. You will perform preventative maintenance, document work orders, and troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems to keep guest rooms and facilities in top condition.

The role requires at least 6 months of general maintenance experience (hotel experience preferred) and the ability to lift 25 lbs regularly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
