Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Technician at Murfreesboro Embassy Suites in Murfreesboro, TN. This full-time, on-site role oversees preventive maintenance, guest room care, and basic repairs to electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required.
• Hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
